NSS Day

National Service Scheme (NSS) is organized by the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports for personality development among the country’s youth. It is celebrated every year on 24 September. The National Service Scheme was established on September 24, 1969. The talk of the establishment of this organization was going on from the time of the late Father of the Nation Mahatma Gandhi since pre-independence, which was given its final shape in 1969 AD.
